In the worst case scenario, Get Back On The Road may be required to instigate legal action against the liable party, and in doing so may require your assistance to attend court to have the matter sorted by the local magistrates court. Note we do this all without incurring any costs to you whatsoever.
If my claim goes to court, who pays the legal costs?
Generally any claims under $10,000 are classed as a minor case and no legal representation are allowed by both parties, as per the rules of the courts.
Claims over $10,000 are represented by a legal representative.
These costs are paid by the at fault insurance company, along with interest. All costs will be reflective against the at fault party’s claim.
