If my claim goes to court, who pays the legal costs?

Generally any claims under $10,000 are classed as a minor case and no legal representation are allowed by both parties, as per the rules of the courts.

Claims over $10,000 are represented by a legal representative.

These costs are paid by the at fault insurance company, along with interest. All costs will be reflective against the at fault party’s claim.
